All payments made for the Closers Academy 60-Day Transformation Session are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to proprietary materials, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

• Change of mind
• Lack of participation
• Scheduling conflicts
• Personal reasons
• Failure to achieve expected results

2. Commitment Acknowledgment

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are committing to a structured educational program, results depend on your effort and implementation, and access to intellectual property begins immediately upon enrollment.

3. Exceptional Cases

Closers Academy reserves sole discretion to review exceptional cases but is not obligated to provide refunds.

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks may result in immediate termination of program access, permanent restriction from future services, and recovery actions for unpaid fees.
